Returns Policy

Due to InstaFrames being a custom made product, we do not do returns or exchanges due to change of mind. 

A proof will be sent through for approval prior to your InstaFrame being printed. Alterations cannot be made after the design is approved. 

We will meet our obligations under the Consumers Guarantees Act 1993.
