Returns Policy

Due to our products being custom made, we do not offer returns or exchanges due to change of mind. 

A proof will be sent through for approval prior to your product being printed. Alterations cannot be made after the design is approved. 

Any cancellations made to the order once the proof has been emailed will incur a $20 administration fee. 

We will meet our obligations under the Consumers Guarantees Act 1993.
